Main Cause: 

There are various triggers that may lead to migraine attacks. This could be caused by to overdose of alcohol, stress, cold weather, sleep deprivation, needle work.

Who gets a migraine?  It can occur in both adults and children. However, the migraine attack affects adult women three times more often than men. Migraine is genetic. 

The pain typically last from 4 to 72 hours. Its difficult to predict how long episode of any individual lasts 

How long the pain last ?

Take the first step , take the break and step away from whatever you are doing if possible.

Ways to Handle Migraine:

Turn off the lights: Light and sound can make the migraine pain deep. Try to relax yourself in a dark and quiet room. Sleep if you can. T

Try Temperature Therapy: 

Apply hot and cold compress to your head or neck. Ice packs have a numb effect, which may dull the pain.

Sip a caffeinated drink. In small amounts, caffeine alone can relieve migraine pain in the early stages. Caffeine also enhances the pain-reducing effects of acetaminophen and asprin.

Establish regular sleep hours: Wake up and go to bed at the same time every day, even on weekends. Try to take a short nap during the day.

Exercise Regularly:

During physical activity, boy releases certain chemicals that block pain signals to your brain. These signals help to reduce anxiety and depression.
